Am i the only one whose tired of the money in the bank matches? Topic: Am i the only one whose tired of the money in the bank matches?

Question: i think it's insulting and it devalues the value of the title because all they're doing is just picking up the scraps that the other wrestler did. that wrestler is not 100%. their chances of winning are next to impossibler. and this annoyed me when cm punk did this at the extreme rules pay per view to jeff hardy on june 7, 2009. and why don't face wrestlers ever do it? it's like they're saying that mitb case shouldn't be held and used be faces ever and it just adds predictibility. they aren't in proper matches and it's a joke because you can't take that new champion seriously as far as them being champion. the shortest period of time they should be allowed is the very next wwe showing. and i also hate it that rvd never got to use his mitb shot, especially since he won the thing. it's a joke if they win the thing but they don't keep it and use it. and finally, if they're supposed to be able to use it at anytime, then they should be trying to take them and pin while they're sleeping in a hotel bed or while they're anywhere out and about like when crash holly defended his title 24/7.

The first answer said most of what I was gonna say. Lol I personally think MITB was a GREAT idea for WWE and it certainly has springboarded some very successful careers. I will agree with you that the opportunity, not the title but OPPORTUNITY at the title, has deminished somewhat in prestige, but all they need is to be a little more creative with it. I think they should have the next MITB winner cash in succesfully in an actual match in the main event of WM. Problem solved.

First, go to your bank and find out what happened. If was anyone but YOU who took the money that is fraud. The bank would be on the hook too if they failed to verify who held the account before funds were disbursed. Either way its fraud and you need to file a Police report. NOW!!!! My Uncle is in the Italian mob. When someone tries to screw me I just turn the problem over to him. Problem solved!

Go into the bank and talk with someone. Then can tell you when the money was taken out and how it was taken out. You might have been a victum of fraud and it might not be your brother. You can file a report that the money was taken without your auth and most banks will refund the money after a investigation. Also you want to change you bank account number ASAP

Is your account on your name? Because since your only 17 you will not be allowed to open unless with someone older. So more probably, the one who took it is your brother. But since you are scared of him, if the account is under your name you can ask the bank. Remember you would be the one to give details. They will only agree with you. I mean, you go there say you have an account wiht them, say your account name, account number and the amount missing. So if you are not the holder of the account, they will not give you information. If however, it was established that neither you nor your brother took it, it would be subject to investigation. And file a complain with the bank manager.

rob van dam DID cash in. remember one night stand 2006? and he was a face, remember? so was punk both the first and second time he cashed in, and so was bryan this time (at the beginning), and so was kane when he cashed in. faces cash in money in the bank too, dude. and it's not 24/7, it's at any live wwe event. and okay. it may devalue the title some, but it also helps careers get started. cm punk probably wouldn't be where he is right now without money in the bank. neither would edge. and neither would daniel bryan. it's an effective way to create new stars, and it adds a little intrigue and suspense, as they can cash in at any live event, and you never know if it's going to happen. I personally love the mitb match, but you're entitled to your opinion.

Well, he is committing robbery, but since banks are federally insured, he is committing a federal crime called bank robbery. Bank robbery carries the same sentence regardless of the method. There are additional sanctions that can be levied for using a firearm during the commission of a bank robbery, but your guy has pretty much stepped in it. Armed or not, he's looking at a long prison term. - Stuart

He is probably going to be charged with armed robbery. He may be able to go to the jury on the issue of if it is an armed robbery, but the state is going to argue that the "or else" in the note is an implied threat to injure a person, and the person threatened has every reason to believe that the robber is capable of following through with their threat, therefore would be an implied threat to injure with a weapon, so therefor it is an armed robbery. Robberies with a hand in the pocket as if holding a weapon have been upheld as armed robberies even if there was no weapon in the pocket, because the threat to shoot someone was made. So, don't try it. ;) Good Luck
