Dreams play a very important role in our well-being. It is during the rapid-eye movement (or R.E.M.) sleep that many complex metabolic functions take place that bring healing to our bodies and minds. This usually tales place between the hours of 3 and 5 A.M., and in this relatively short time we are made whole again and able to face another day. The complex interaction between our dreaming and other metabolic functions is an emerging science, and may lead to breakthroughs in systemic illnesses; including psychosis, obesity, hypertension and many others. Your dream has created symbols that are unique to you (sorry….. dream symbol books are of little value) and this drama that has emerged into your conscious mind has an important tale to tell. You are wise to pursue the matter! Now, on to your dreams: A recurring dream, or in your case, a similar thread or theme that happens again and again is an attempt by your unconscious mind to change behavior in your waking life that is not in your best interest. You won't find the answer in a book............your dream book is being written by your unconscious mind for you alone. So let's see if we can solve this complex puzzle: A tsunami is one of nature's most terrifying events; travelling at speeds up to 1000 m.p.h. and wreaking incredible devistation. This dream event would indicate there is an area of your life totally out of control, and subject to escalating into a destructive force. When you become the wave, conversely, you are assuming control and power. It would be worthwhile to try and remember what was going on in your waking life that could have inspired these two radically different dreams. The behavior that causes you to become the wave is by far in your best interest. Dolphins are extremely intelligent; some scientists theorize they are far more intelligent than humans. But for your dream, they were humans, giving you the comradery, approval and recognition you are lacking in your waking life. Your unconscious mind is very powerful and creative. The choice of nautical symbols to resolve emotional issues in your dream sleep is simply due to your love of the sea, combined with the sometimes forboding greatness of the mighty ocean. Human problems are rather consistent, but the variety of symbols is infinite. If you want to end the seascapes, there is an exercise that you must perform. Ask yourself this hard question: what am I involved in (or not doing that I should) that can cause eventual harm to me or my loved ones? When you come to terms with this answer, change your behavior. Your unconscious mind will be off to other dreams, having accomlished its immediate task. Best wishes to you.

Hmm... I think I'll give this one a shot. You're on a beach in what seems like Florida, because you lived there at the time, and it was easiest to imagine being in. You feel as if you're older, because it will happen a while after the dream occurs. The strip of land that you're on symbolizes being caught in something(some sort of problem or another), and it is very hard to get out of. It could be maybe a fight between friends, and it's hard to side with one of them, or something similar. The people watching the waves symbolize people that are going to be affected by the problem. The waves are the problem. You see the problem, and raise your hands to freeze it before it becomes more of a hassle. You warn the people to stay out of the problem, and get to better grounds, which could be you telling others not to get involved, and things will be alright. The waves froze, while the air was still warm, which means that you solved the problem in an unexpected way, and you didn't understand how it got to be solved. You then got to higher ground too, since you knew everything would be alright. Then you woke up. This is just my way of interpreting it. I hope you enjoyed!

You have a strange connection with Ocean/water. Visit a nearest beach and spend some time. Nothing scary or to be afraid of. Dolphins in dream represent wealth and prosperity.

To see a dolphin in your dream, symbolizes spiritual guidance, your intellect, mental attributes and emotional trust. Utilize your mind to its capacity and you will move upward in life. Alternatively, it suggests that a line of communication has been established between the conscious and unconscious aspects of yourself. Dolphins represent your willingness and ability to explore and navigate through your emotions. To dream that you are riding a dolphin, represents your optimism and social altruism.

Being blunt, your dreams refer to not being sexually satisfied. But saying more is almost impossible, I need to know your age (from your dreams, I guess you are 20-21 years old), and your marital status, and more details of your dreams. But what you have said, refers to not being satisfied. When was the last time you reached orgasm?

Oh man, I had a dream where people were in my house, trying to kill us and someone shoved a sword through the floor and it impaled my mother! Yes, it's all because of the pregnancy. You'll see, it gets better. Eventually I started dreaming about the baby! :) But the baby was always a boy and we ended up having a girl :) It's ok, it will get better :)
