Question: I have been really stressed out this week over work, ucas application/personal statement and a girl. It is really getting to me I find my self getting annoyed over little things, my head is killing me :@ I mean it feels like time is running out and theres no time to do anything as I spend most of it doing work ect. Could some please give me some decent ways to relieve the stress. Thanks

Okay first, BREATH!...in, out, in, out. Take some time at the beginning of every day and just relax. You should exercise, eat right and plan some time each day to do something that you like and while your doing it don't think of anything else. You could listen to some relaxing music or something. Before you go to sleep every night you should forget everything that happened during the day. Thats what I do :) And remember everytime you get annoyed, BREATH. Hope you have a good day! :) :)

Each person has different ways to relieve stress, here are some suggestions that help me. Some might be crazy I guess, but it's nice to just be free:) Put music on loud and jump around, and let go of everything in your mind and stay in that moment for a little while, then go back to doing what you had to do. Take a huge piece of paper and throw paint and paint your heart out. Or sit in a quiet, serene place and just meditate, say a simple relaxing saying over and over. Go outside and walk, just walk and appreciate everything around as you are walking. 1) make sure to go to bed early enough to get enough sleep, at least 8 hours a night 2) drink lots of water to clear your head 3) go for long walks to clear your head 4) Play sports as it relives stress 5) dont over think things as it can make you more stressed

Here is a list of things I do to reduce stress: Here are "relaxation ones" that might sound a little cliche -lie down on your bed and pretend your sinking down into your mattress -lie down in your bed under the covers and just think about how comfortable you are -take a hot, bubble bath -inhale lavendar (perfume, candle, etc) -write a letter to you person/thing that is stressing you out (obviously you don't have to give it to them) -think about/make a list of all the things that are good in your life and things that could be wrong with your life but isn't -compliment yourself I know these things sound a little cliche, but somewhat surprisingly, they work prettying well!! More ways that aren't the most traditional ever but work: -eat ice cream or chocolate -rip up paper -pet an animal/pet -draw pictures of the thing stressing you out -make a list of something (literally anything-- just writing lists helps people relax) -eat something with a very strong taste (starburst, laffy taffy, etc) -make a lost of everything you have to get done, cross them off once they are complete If none of these work, you could try going on a vitamin supplement to reduce stress (for example: Calm PRT is a vitamin supplement (No medical prescription or anything) all you do or take 3 in the morning and wait half an hour before eating anything and it helps you relax and reduce stress) Also taking a magnesium supplement six hours before going to sleep helps you relax at night and fall asleep quickee Good luck and hope I helped!!! :) Mine dry up when I'm staring at something for a long time, too. However, whenever I go on rollercoasters I'm totally fine as I've never had a problem with them and I've gone on all kinds of coasters (drops, loops, water rides... pretty much everything).
