nightmares are usually just your sub conscious mind trying to solve or reenact your problems.
look into your life and find key problems that might lead you to your nightmare
go to a spa, get a confession, see a psychologist, worship more, hike into the woods
anything to make your head clearer in order for you to solve your problems.

Dreams are mostly manifestations of your mind trying to sort out the ambiguities of the day.
So, many of your dreams will seem to be incoherent and random. They can just be a re-hashing of the meandering and perplexing thoughts of a normal but complex life.
However, dreams can sometimes help you to develop a solution for a perplexing problem by allowing you to systematically sift through complex scenarios and possible solutions.
For nightmares occurring throughout the week, there are different causes. However, many a times nightmares when occurring only on a particular day of the week has a different cause, which maybe like someone taking a psychoactive substance on that particular day, which may result in nightmares. Sometimes aversion to something that is planned or destined may also lead to such a problem.

It has to be one of two reasons that the nightmares happen every saturday night.
1. Something disturbing has happened or is happening to you that you associate with a saturday night or sunday morning.
2. Your habits are different on saturday than any other day. For instance, are you staying up late friday night, sleeping in late saturday morning, eating or drinking differently on the weekend, sleeping in a different location (like the couch), etc.
Try making your saturday like any other day and see what happens.

Maybe it has to do with something in particular you do on your Saturdays that causes it. Examine your schedule and try to see if any element in your routine tasks on Saturdays are recurrent in your dreams. It's possible, because dreams (and nightmares) have a basis on an event done in the course of the day. Try altering your sleeping patterns, like purposefully going to sleep early.

Do these dreams have a common theme or are they different? Dreams are our body's way of sorting out our thoughts and stuff.
Did you see a scary movie lately? Did you witness a fatal accident? Did something horrible happen in your life or the life of a loved one?
I would maybe talk it over with a counselor or someone who is an expert on the subject.

Moving away won't solve the problem. The nightmares are probably a symptom of PTSD from being bullied.
I would read some self help books on how to socialize. Also, these nightmares are going to continue until you face the problem head on, which is probably low self esteem, especially if you were bullied.
One way to get it out of you is to go to a therapist and talk, go to self help groups.
Also, start a journal dating back to the age you remember and list every bad thing you remember and every bad person that mistreated you. Then write how you feel next to each event and person. This helps relieve the tension too.
