When you accidentally deleted stuff from recycle bin or SHIFT+Delete your files. The data itself isn't deleted, just the index entry that tells the system where the data for those files is located. The area containing the deleted data is also now marked as free space so it is available for any new files to be written there instead. So deletion won't make data erased permanently.
When that happens, it is never too late to recover your deleted data so it is very, very important to not save any new files or data to the computer concerned. Don't let the computer hard drive have the posssibility to encouter physical damage. As data overwritten or physical damage will make the deleted data extremely hard to be recovered.
Then THE MOST EFFECTIVE way to recover your deleted files is by relying on a data recovery tool. I think Wondershare Data Recovery might help. This program has four critical functions which will meet your different data losing demands. Most important it supports Folder Scanning that will make the whole scanning process less time intensive.Download this program here,

U can delete the search history on ur yahoo toolbar this way. click the arrow in the search box. Select options, click clear history.
U can delete the history of yahoo search bar on its homepage by following this path. Tools> internet options> content> auto complete> clear forms. To stop the generation of history uncheck the box of forms.
To delete address bar history, follow this path. Tools> internet options> general > clear history > set the number of days to zero> ok. It will solve ur search related problems.
Do NOT do a system restore!
A Windows system restore restores operating system and critical files ONLY. It does not, I repeat, it does NOT replace custom user files like Word Documents and stuff like that. The only thing you would do if you performed a system restore is DECREASE your chances of recovering her files.
You see, when you delete a file, Windows only removes the record of the file from its file allocation table (basically a table telling Windows where on the disk a file resides). The file data remains. HOWEVER, since Windows now thinks this part of the disk is empty, it will start to write new files in the place where the old file was. The more disk activity you have, the more likely you will corrupt the remnants of the deleted files to the point you cannot recover them.
You will need to download and use a file recovery application like Recuva:
Hopefully that application will be able to recover and restore most of the accidentally deleted data for you.

Don’t fret, the files might still be there but you need to act quickly! When you erase, delete, or empty your recycle bin, it may appear the files are gone. But in reality they are still on the lower levels of your hard disk. In order to recover them you need specialized data recovery software.
Just don’t wait too long. There is a chance that the longer you wait, the better chance that those files can be LOST FOREVER. Scan your system for free and recover your files at:
